- Always wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety glasses, safety footwear, and a hard hat. A damaged wheel may eject fragments, creating a risk of serious injury.
- Always wear a dust mask (respirator) and earplugs.
- Dust generated during cutting may damage the respiratory system, and prolonged exposure to noise may result in hearing impairment.
